• Assisting with the planning and delivery of daily recreational and therapeutic activities
• Encouraging resident participation in games, music, crafts, social events, and outings
• Helping set up and clean up activities
• Engaging with residents to support their emotional well‑being and build meaningful connections
• Documenting resident involvement and feedback for activity planning

• A caring and upbeat attitude
• Great communication and people skills
• Ability to motivate and encourage others
• Organized and dependable
• Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends or holidays
