Business Analyst – 4 Week Contract (Hybrid)

Oxford Solutions is working with a client in need of an experience Business Analyst for a short-term, 4-week contract opening. In this role, you'll support an upcoming ERP software implementation by documenting current processes and workflows across business units.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and workflows
• Create clear and detailed documentation, including flowcharts and decision trees
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and validate workflows
• Support planning efforts related to ERP system implementation

Requirements

• 7-10 years of Business Analyst experience
• Proven ability to produce detailed process documentation
• Experience with ERP systems and project management is a plus
• Background in the construction or emergency response industries is highly preferred

Bonus Points For:

• Project Management experience a plus – may lead to an extension to assist with ERP rollout
