• The Director, Surgical Services (RN) will manage the strategic direction of the Surgical Services Department
• Well supported with a team of (3) Nurse Managers, Clinical Coordinators and Charge Nurses
• The Department performs a variety of procedures including general, orthopedic, urology, ENT, endoscopy, and robotics
• Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer

Qualifications & Requirements for Surgical Services Director (RN)

• BSN required / Master's preferred
• RN Active License
• CNOR is a plus
• Minimum three (3) years of progressive surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
• Minimum three (3) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
• Servant leadership style, team builder
• Should be able to identify growth opportunities for the service line, identify and implement recruitment and retention strategies, ensure evidence based practice is utlized, focus on quality initiatives, and build collaborative relationships with surgeons
