ICU Nurse Manager

This 200-bed independent, non-profit Level III trauma hospital near Pittsburgh, PA has been serving its community for more than a century and is seeking an ICU Nurse Manager to guide its growing team.

As the ICU expands to 20 beds (5 of which are dedicated CVICU beds), you’ll step into a leadership role where you can make an immediate impact:

• Lead ~70 critical care staff with support from experienced Assistant Nurse Managers and plans to add a dedicated ICU Educator

• Partner closely with engaged cardiovascular and critical care physicians

• Drive accountability, staff engagement, and patient outcomes

• Build on the momentum of a thriving cardiovascular program and expanding open-heart services
