Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We specialize in long-term care and skilled nursing, and we’re looking for talented nurses like you to join our growing team. We currently have openings across all shifts and offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families to support resident care.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license in the state of PA
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong team player with a passion for patient-centered care.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
