We’re currently hiring for an every other weekend shift from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
. This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN to step into a supervisory role and help ensure high‑quality care and smooth weekend operations.

• Every Other Weekend or every weekend
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure continuity of care during your shift.
• Serve as a clinical resource and point of contact for staff, residents, and families.
• Monitor resident care plans and ensure compliance with standards of practice and facility policies.
• Respond to emergencies and make critical decisions to ensure resident safety.
• Assist with staff scheduling, documentation review, and shift reporting.
• Communicate effectively with department heads and the administrative team as needed.

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required).
• Prior experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
