• Be a Team Member:
  Maintain knowledge of products; collaborate with cross functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; support customer service and adapt to business needs across areas; track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert:
  Understand quality processes for produce; prepare products to standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; follow laws and policies related to produce quality.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld devices to support production, training, and product quality.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive area performance; stock and rotate products; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist customers per policy.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Model high quality service and products; show energy, commitment, and passion.
• Complies with company policies and ethics; uses Open Door Policy in business processes.
• Completes work by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, and adapting to change.
