ARC Senior Sales Associate

Overview

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to assist in creating and sustaining a pleasant work environment and excellent customer relationships.

Base pay range: $11.00/hr - $11.00/hr this range is provided by The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Assist the management team in meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals to maintain a profitable operation.
• Assist in scheduling store personnel and completing payroll information for all staff.
• Receive applications and participate in interviews as requested.
• Train, direction, and supervise new employees.
• Ensure staff are aware of and in compliance with all policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Ensure sales reports and other required paperwork are completed and forwarded to the finance office daily.
• Keep the store well stocked.
• Provide backup for the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as needed.
• Support the work therapy program component by modeling professional conduct, work habits, and supervision as directed.

• Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales.
• Ability to read and interpret simple income and expense reports.
• Valid driver s license.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and supervisory skills.
