As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you would be responsible for ensuring a quality shopping experience through meeting production standards, customer service, and assistance while working as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment. You will also have the opportunity to see how every position in the store operates, providing an overview of the entire process and how you can be a vital part of our organization.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

• Cashiering and support on the sales floor
• Processing and pricing donations, including clothing, linens, and household items
• Assisting customers at the Donation Door, including material handling, pre-sorting, and moving donated goods

External Hiring Range: $12.00/hour

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Required Clearances, Licenses, and Certifications:

• Current valid Child Abuse Clearance
