Job OverviewWe are looking for energetic Team Members to join our Sales Associate role. The successful candidate will exceed revenue goals, convert digital and walk‑in leads into sales, and provide an outstanding experience for owners of our pools, hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, patio furniture, and related products.
Key Responsibilities- Convert leads into deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Sell luxury product lines focused on health and relaxation.
- Create revenue growth by following up with every lead in a timely manner and tracking progress per company guidelines.
- Monitor KPI performance and devise strategies to address opportunities as they arise.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and accountability.
- Follow all operational and sales processes.
- Merchandise, clean, and replenish the showroom as needed.
- Work a flexible retail schedule, including site visits to customers’ homes.
- Work primarily indoors with occasional outdoor events.
Skills and Abilities
- Customer‑oriented: ask questions, listen, and provide the best product fit.
- Attention to detail and results‑driven, motivated to exceed performance goals.

USD 15.00 per hour plus lucrative bonus/commission potential.
Qualifications- Personal drive and accountability for results.
- Attention to detail and willingness to adapt to new techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, G‑Suite, Gmail, and Outlook.
- Experience with lead management systems is a plus; daily use of Hub Spot CRM required (training provided).
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Dependable, self‑motivated, and solution‑driven.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent typing and writing skills for email and lead follow‑up.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
- Experience of at least 3 years in sales or customer service.
- Base hourly wage plus bonus/commission potential.
