• Work one-on-one with customers to understand their needs and guide them to the perfect vehicle
• Become a product and technology expert across Kia’s exciting new lineup
• Demonstrate vehicles through engaging test drives that highlight industry-leading features
• Create and present purchase and lease options clearly and confidently
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, text, and social platforms
• Set and manage appointments with online and digital-first customers
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
• Leverage social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.) to build your personal brand, promote inventory and specials, connect with new customers, and drive inbound leads and appointments
• We provide guidance, structure, and support — you bring the energy and creativity

• The ideal candidate is highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Outgoing, confident, and relationship-driven (“people person”)
• Comfortable using technology, email, CRM tools, and social media
• Professional in appearance with strong communication skills
• Able to ask for the sale and follow through
• Reliable with a steady work history and commitment to growth
• Available for weekends and some evening hours
• In possession of a valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Sales or automotive experience is a plus — but not required

$45,000 - $100,000+ annually — and even higher.
