As a Security Officer – Industrial Patrol Route at West Mifflin, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business and its perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns or incidents according to established protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment.
• Remain alert to potential hazards and operational issues within the industrial setting and report them promptly.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
