We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) at Ridgecrest Community Care Center. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

Essential

Qualifications:

• Plan and execute the needs of assigned resident group with daily living and dining needs.
• Make rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention.
• Provide intervention as needed to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Check all residents daily for skin condition, reporting findings to licensed staff assigned to the unit.
• Assist licensed staff when needed to position residents in need of treatment.
• Takes and records vital parameters as assigned, and assists with weekly and monthly weights as assigned.
• Records information on the electronic health record.
• Provide laundry care, housekeeping, and dining needs including assistance with activities.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the licensed staff, Director of Nursing, or Assistant Director of Nursing.
