This is a full-time, on-site Wok Chef role located in West Monroe, LA. The Wok Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes, primarily in a wok cooking style. Daily tasks include managing kitchen operations, ensuring food consistency, maintaining proper hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to develop and perfect recipes. The Wok Chef will also take inventory, ensure timely preparation for service, and maintain kitchen equipment to achieve operational excellence.

• Proficiency in wok cooking techniques, recipe preparation, and food presentation
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and proper kitchen sanitation practices
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and creativity in developing and enhancing dishes
• Previous experience as a Wok Chef or in a similar culinary role
• Culinary certification or equivalent professional training is preferred
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
