What You'll Do

* Creating and executing a market specific sales plan that meets or exceeds set sales goals.

* Optimizing call routes to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency.

* Being regularly available and responsive to customers' real-time needs.

* Meeting regularly with customers in sales market to understand their needs.

* Educating customers on Crawford's value-add offerings.

* Identifying and pursuing existing customer opportunities.

* Building long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers.

* Championing Crawford's brand in the local community.

* Identifying and executing local marketing activities to enhance presence and grow sales.

What You Bring

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.

* Preferred candidate will have 2+ years of industry related experience.

* Proven track record of consistent achievement of sales goals.

* Passionate individual with a desire to succeed.

* Must possess an assertive personality with a high level of energy and a resilient character.

* Excellent verbal communication skills with strong time management and organizational skills.
