Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

Air Service Professionals is a Heating & Cooling Company located in West Monroe, Louisiana. This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in West Monroe, LA. Technicians will diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, perform maintenance and repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure optimal system performance. They will follow safety protocols and industry standards, delivering professional service to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with HVAC systems
• Skills in routine maintenance and repair, as well as preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction and addressing client needs effectively
• EPA certification and knowledge of safety guidelines and industry standards
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Previous experience in the HVAC industry preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus

$22.00 – $30.00 per hour, determined on experience.
