Warehouse Team Member

Replacement Auto Parts Inc. serves as the corporate office and parent company for Parts Warehouse Inc., Car Dealer Parts, and Crow-Burlingame Co. The organization is a wholesale distributor of automotive parts to the traditional aftermarket, supporting a wide network of customers and repair facilities. Replacement Auto Parts Inc. specializes in automotive, farm, and heavy-duty parts, as well as automotive paint and finishes.

Team members contribute to a supply chain that ensures customers receive accurate, timely deliveries of essential components.

The Warehouse Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in West Monroe, LA. This role is responsible for receiving, unloading, and storing incoming merchandise, as well as accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Daily tasks include operating warehouse equipment, organizing inventory, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and verifying product quantities and quality. The Warehouse Team Member works closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet shipping schedules, support inventory control, and ensure efficient warehouse operations.

• Shipping & Receiving skills, including verifying incoming and outgoing orders and maintaining accurate records.
• Packing skills for preparing, labeling, and securing products for shipment.
• Unloading skills for safely handling deliveries and organizing products in designated areas.
• Forklift Operation skills for moving and stacking pallets and materials, following safety standards.
• Pallet Jack skills for transporting goods efficiently within the warehouse.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and parts as required and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail, basic math skills, and reliability in following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent beneficial.
