Job Description Business Analyst – Capital Markets & AI Position:Business Analyst – Capital Markets & AI
Location: New York / New Jersey –Onsite
Experience: 6–10 years

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Capital Markets domain knowledge and exposure to AI/GenAIinitiatives to work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams,and leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Capital Markets processes and products, combined with the ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skillsare critical for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business objectives,processes, pain points, and technology needs.
- Analyze and document business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
. - Leverage strong Capital Markets domain knowledge to understand and analyze business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and AI teams to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
