We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. The role involves providing preventive oral care, educating patients on proper oral hygiene, and supporting the dentist in delivering high-quality dental services.

• Perform professional teeth cleaning, including scaling and polishing.
• Conduct oral health assessments and screen for signs of oral diseases (e.g., cavities, gingivitis, periodontal disease).
• Take and develop dental X-rays.
• Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, proper brushing, flossing, and dietary habits.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate dental records.
• Assist the dentist with clinical procedures when needed.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
• Stay current with dental hygiene best practices and continuing education.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Active state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.

• Experience with digital X-ray and dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Clinical dental office setting.
• Direct interaction with patients and dental staff.
• Use of protective equipment (gloves, masks, eyewear).
