As a Branch Ambassador, you will use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers’ banking experience. You will handle a wide variety of transactions—including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals—while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. Equally important is the ability to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

- Friendly and engaging, you connect with customers—helping with technology challenges, casual conversation, or showcasing our services and products.
- You reduce customer financial anxiety by understanding their personal and business needs, and you guide them to the right financial destination.
- You are compliance‑aware—applying audit, security policies, and federal regulations consistently.
- You support customers in all branch areas, from cash handling to service needs, rotating as required.
- You enhance the retail experience with fewer handoffs, acting as the branch expert.
- Curious and eager to learn, you help customers navigate our products, services, and experiences toward their financial goals.
- Digitally savvy, you demonstrate how the physical branch complements our mobile and online experience, using laptops and iPads to educate customers on all banking channels.
- Team‑player—working with an energized banking team and inspiring peers.
- You research and answer customer inquiries to increase retention and engagement, using tools and channels to recommend solutions.
- Prepared to travel between branches in the assigned local area and support the market.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
- Associate’s degree.
- 2+ years of retail, sales, or banking experience.
