Behavior Technician (after school and/or weekends)
Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $35.00/hr

, BCBA-led business. Right Way ABA focuses on offering in-home ABA therapy for children ages 2‑18 years old. Right Way ABA offers training and support for a Behavior Technician (BT) to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Assist behavioral analysis teams in evaluating mental health patients and their conditions over a certain timeframe.
- Adhere to behavioral health plans developed by other mental health professionals to provide patients with beneficial care, interviewing patients at their home or healthcare facility and drafting reports to relay progress to senior mental health professionals.
- Communication skills
- Ability to empathize with patients and their family members
- Ability to remain professional in high-stress situations
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Listening and reasoning skills
- Must have a mode of transportation to be able to travel
- Availability for after school and/or weekend hours
