Workday Financial Integration and administration lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financial Integration and Administration Lead to join our team. This role involves leading integration projects, managing system administration, and supporting Workday Financials implementations.

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
• Manage and support system integration with other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Lead data migration and conversion activities from legacy systems to Workday Financials, including Great Plains if applicable.
• Oversee system administration, configurations, and updates for Workday Financials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and ensure compliance.

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Workday implementation within the finance domain.
• At least 5 years of recent experience in Workday integration and administration, preferably in finance but HR experience is also considered.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio Development, Workday EIB, RaaS, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
• Strong understanding of integration design, testing, data conversion, and business processes.
• Experience leading data migration projects from legacy systems to Workday Financials.
• Knowledge of system development lifecycle and production support.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience managing consultants, developers, and analysts.
