The Growth Marketing team at Figma is responsible for scaling our business through full-funnel strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue. We’re now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Creator & Partner Marketing to build and scale Figma’s network of creators, partners, and advocates—developing relationships, curating portfolios of talent, and inspiring them to create content that drives buzz, awareness, and conversions.
This role sits at the intersection of growth, brand, and community marketing, blending creativity and cultural fluency with data-driven execution to turn authentic advocacy into measurable business impact.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Build and scale Figma’s creator and affiliate marketing program from scratch — developing relationships with creators, communities, and strategic partners who authentically advocate for Figma
- Curate and manage a portfolio of creators and affiliates, inspiring them to produce content, campaigns, and stories that generate buzz, drive awareness, and convert new users
- Design and operationalize scalable frameworks to leverage partners and codify learnings into playbooks and systems that help the program scale over time
- Collaborate across brand, community, and growth marketing to integrate creator and affiliate initiatives into Figma’s broader go-to-market efforts
- Launch and measure advocacy campaigns that balance creative experimentation with performance outcomes — from driving signups and engagement to building brand equity
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 6+ years of experience in creator, partnerships, or growth marketing, ideally within a fast-scaling SaaS or consumer brand that blends performance and brand storytelling
- A proven track record of building and managing creator or partner programs that drive brand awareness, community advocacy, and measurable business growth
- Creative and cultural fluency, with a deep understanding of social trends, online communities, and how to make brands relevant in culture
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, including comfort using platforms like Passionfroot, Partner Stack, or Impact to manage and measure program success
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset, excited to experiment, build new playbooks, and turn cultural momentum into scalable programs
- Comfort operating in product-led growth (PLG) environments and aligning advocacy work with user acquisition or engagement goals
- Experience managing or collaborating with agencies, contractors, or marketplaces to scale creative production or partner operations
- A strong personal interest in design, creativity, or the creator economy, and an instinct for spotting the people and stories that shape culture
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
