Position: Retail Sales Manager, MWT| AT&T Authorized Retailer - West New York, NJ (Bilingual/Spanish)

Retail Sales Manager – MWT | AT&T Authorized Retailer (Bilingual/Spanish)

Location: West New York, NJ

Pay Range: $64,625 - $129,440 per year

Commission: Unlimited commission potential

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high performing sales team.
  • Drive sales of wireless devices, plans, and services, including home services and Direct TV.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop staff to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain a dynamic, positive energy that fuels team success.
  • Ensure the store operates efficiently and meets company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years managing a high-traffic, sales-driven retail wireless store.
  • Experience selling and closing retail wireless sales directly to customers.
  • Minimum of 3 direct reports in a retail sales environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
  • Physical capacity to work 40+ hours weekly and at events.
  • Strong sales process knowledge and talent for recruitment.
  • Ability to demonstrate grit, discipline, and a desire for professional growth.
