As a high school teacher, you will:

• Foster Strong Relationships: Build meaningful connections with students, families, and colleagues.
• Develop Problem-Solving

  Equip students with the tools they need to tackle challenges both in and out of the classroom.
• Utilize Data-Driven Instruction: Analyze student performance to tailor your teaching methods for maximum impact.
• Engage in Professional Development: Collaborate with school leaders to receive targeted feedback and coaching.
• Grow as a Leader: Take on leadership roles within your grade team and explore opportunities for advancement within our network.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree: Required before your first day with us.
• A Relevant Academic Major: Fields such as biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, or engineering are ideal.
• In-Person Availability: Must be able to work in New York City (with a $2,500 stipend for qualified relocations).

Starting Salary: $65,000.00
