Position: Occupational Therapist – Outpatient
Facility Type: Hospital-based outpatient
Location: 1199 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ
Salary Range: $83,000–$105,000 annually
Status: Full‑time, 37.5 hours weekly
Schedule: Two days 10 am–6 pm;
Three days 9 am–5 pm

Responsibilities- Performs clinical care management in the specialty area of upper extremity and hand to promote growth of program services with interest in hand therapy, neuro, lymphedema and cancer rehabilitation.
- Possesses a highly specialized knowledge base and skills to facilitate patient treatment and staff development.
- Effectively communicates on multiple levels.
- Demonstrates active involvement in the community via education and marketing.
- Promotes and develops services within the organization.
- Assists with staff education through internal and external in‑service education and mentorship programs.
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current and valid NJ state licensure or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
- Prior neuro, cognitive rehab and vision experience preferred.
- AHA CPR/AED Certified.
