Overview

CAABT (Community Advancement and Behavioral Transformation, Inc.) is seeking dedicated Per-Diem IIC In-Home Therapist/Mental Health Clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our growing team. We provide in-home and community-based therapy to children, youth, and families across New Jersey.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed IIC Clinician - Mental Health Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Job Type: Part-time | Fee-for-Service

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans
• Develop and implement treatment plans, maintain communication with the Care Management Organization (CMO), and provide timely follow-up reports to ensure coordinated care

• Valid New Jersey license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children/youth with behavioral, emotional, or developmental disabilities
• Valid NJ Driver’s License
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Fee-for-Service Pay: $40 – $65 per hour (based on license, experience, and specialization)
