Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services invites you to apply for the Wellness Clinician position (Not Licensed) with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
Location: West Orange, NJ
Department: PACT 12 – Essex County
Salary: $53,855 – $58,000 per year + $5,000 sign‑on bonus
Work Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Full time, 40 hours per week)
The master’s level Wellness Clinician – Not Licensed provides clinical supervision to the team in conjunction with the Team Leader, licensed professionals, and the psychiatrist. This role involves clinical support for the team, including supervision, skill assessment, and teaching. The clinician collaborates with the team leader to ensure interventions are stage‑based, effective, and directly tied to recovery plans. The position is part of a multidisciplinary core services team, providing assessment and direct services for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness enrolled in the PACT Program.
Required Qualifications- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related area required
- At least 2 years of post‑Bachelor’s experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness
- Valid driver’s license with no more than one moving violation in the past 12 months
