National Firm Looking for a Litigation Attorney to join our New York/New Jersey Team!

• Opportunity for junior associates to work in our different litigation practice groups to find their niche and mid-level associates moving into dedicated practice groups.

• Billable hours requirement of 1800, with an hours-based bonus program for up to $40,000 for attorneys that bill more hours ($2,500 for every 25 hours above 1800 up to 2200 hours and $40,000).

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience in General Liability, Construction Defect, Premises Liability, Labor Law, or Trucking/Transportation.
• Strong academic record and cultural fit.
• Excellent references and a record of job stability.
• Member of the New Jersey and New York bar and in good standing.
• Relevant experience preferred but not required.

KF offers competitive base compensation from $115,000 - $170,000 for 1800 hours plus up to $40,000 in additional guaranteed bonus based off of hours billed.
