Acacia Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team.

Pay:
Up to $38 per hour (Depending on experience)

• Administer and manage medications, treatments, and medical supplies according to physician orders.
• Provide wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures with accuracy and compassion.
• Follow individualized care plans designed to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all care provided and resident responses.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and uphold resident rights and privacy at all times.

• Valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey (required).
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
