The Grill Cook will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality grilled dishes for our members and guests. This position requires a passionate and skilled individual with a strong understanding of grilling techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Prepare and cook grilled items to order, including meats, seafood, and vegetables, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Operate and maintain grill equipment, ensuring proper temperature control and cleanliness.
• Assist with prepping ingredients, seasoning, and marinating as required.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to coordinate timing and ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
• Contribute to menu innovation by suggesting new grill-focused dishes and techniques.

• Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and the ability to execute various levels of doneness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
