Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optical Manager, located in West Orange, NJ. The Optical Manager will oversee the daily operations of the optical department, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory control, assisting with optical fiber-related tasks, training team members, and addressing customer concerns. The role requires frequent interaction with customers and staff, and the ability to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Inventory Control
• Knowledge of Optical Fiber
• Training skills for coaching and developing team members
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
