The Licensed Optician ensures the delivery of the Target Optical Way and the Guest Experience.

• Deliver daily sales goals by flawless execution of Guest Experience behaviors.
• Ensure a simple, fun and in‑style fashion experience through Playground Rules.
• Build brand awareness by daily attracting new guests from Host to Optic.
• Develop and maintain a professional business partnership with Target Optical doctors and Target hosts.
• Model the Target Optical Personal Style Dress Code.
• Create an amazing guest experience on every visit by accurately fitting and dispensing fashionable products to guests.
• Follow all operating policies and procedures, including training, timely and accurate implementation of marketing/merchandising programs and promotions, accurate completion of sales transactions, and utilization of sales strategies and resources.
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions and interactions with guests.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed as required by state.
• At least 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong selling skills.
• Results‑oriented.
• Self‑motivated.
• Critical thinking.
• Accountability.
• Accuracy in measurements.

Pay range: $28.66 – $38.27 per hour. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
