Member Experience AssociateThe Member Experience Associate is responsible for the entire Member Experience. You will be the face of the club; you are the person a member sees when they first walk in. You will be the first person they talk with and you will create a welcoming feeling.
You must have limitless energy and be great at multitasking, a positive and upbeat personality, and excellent communication skills. If you thrive being pulled in multiple directions—guiding prospects on the phone, making a Retro Smoothie, and assisting members with an exceptional experience—this position is for you.

- Punctual, responsible, and detail oriented.
- CPR/AED training preferred.
- Prior experience in a retail or hospitality setting helpful.
- Greeting and checking in members as they arrive.
- Resolving customer issues effectively.
- Conducting membership sales and retention activities.
- Following up with prospects.
- Selling in‑store merchandise such as Retro Smoothies, cooler drinks, pro shop items, etc.
- Ensuring a safe and clean health‑club environment for members and staff.
- Opening and closing the facility according to schedule.
- Following company policies and procedures.
All Member Experience Associates wear a company staff shirt paired with khaki or black athletic pants. Sneakers are required; boots, high heels, or sandals are not permitted. Associates must be well groomed and neat.
Opening employees must be at the club 15 minutes before opening to complete the opening checklist. Closing employees must close at the established time.
Compensation$12.00 – $17.00 per hour.
