Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role will oversee critical accounting functions, including financial reporting, general ledger management, and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting expertise, proficiency in ERP systems, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial accuracy and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage general ledger operations, ensuring proper classification of transactions and compliance with US GAAP standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and variance reports, to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure audit readiness, streamline processes, and maintain robust internal controls.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Quick Books, or similar).
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
