Rapidly growing company that manages both public and private entities, located in West Palm Beach, FL is looking to hire a Controller. This position will report directly to the CFO and assist with full‑cycle accounting functions. This will be a hands‑on role with strong visibility and career growth potential.

• Assist with SEC financial reporting (i.e., Form 10‑Q, 10‑K, 8‑K, etc.)
• Manage the preparation and analysis of month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end financial statements
• Assist with technical accounting research for consideration and interpretation of new accounting pronouncements
• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation related to controls and financial statement disclosures
• Identify, document and implement updates to internal processes and risk assessments
• Assist with establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
• Lead internal and external audit processes
• Cash flow preparation and analysis
• Manage and review accounting team deliverables
• Other related duties and assignments as required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA
• Understanding of US GAAP accounting rules
• SEC client and/or related experience
• Proficiency with Excel and other MS applications
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, with the ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines
