Accounts Payable Specialist - Fantastic Office located in West Palm Beach. 100% ONSITE. Strong organizational skills. Aaccurately track and record cash flow working within a wonderful office environment that mentors and coaches employees to strive to excellence. Experience working within a high volume transaction accounting environment.

• Invoice Processing:
  
  - Receiving, verifying, and accurately entering invoices into the accounting system.
• Payment Processing - Preparing and processing payments to vendors, including electronic payments, checks, and other methods.
• Vendor Management:
  
  - Maintaining vendor information, communicating with vendors regarding invoices and payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Account Reconciliation:
  
  - Reconciling vendor statements, bank statements, and other financial records related to accounts payable.
• Month-End Closing:
  
  - Assisting with month-end closing processes, such as preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Reporting:
  
  - Generating reports on accounts payable activity, such as aging reports, payment forecasts, and expense reports.
• Compliance:
  
  - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3 - 7 years in accounting or related field
• Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
• Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Quickbooks Online
• Proficent Excel
