Staff Accountant - Accounts Payable Focus

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our client's finance team in West Palm Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with 3-5 years of accounting experience, primarily focused on Accounts Payable (AP).

• Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable processes including invoice processing, coding, and timely payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized AP records and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper approval and documentation of expenses.
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to AP-related inquiries.
• Support other general accounting functions as needed.

• 3-5 years of professional accounting experience with a strong focus on Accounts Payable.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: depending on experience

Compensation: $75,000.00 per year
