FTK Hospitality, a rapidly growing restaurant group in West Palm Beach, is seeking a skilled Accountant/Controller to oversee daily bookkeeping and financial operations. • Bookkeeping & Financial Management
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for the restaurant group
  • Prepare and maintain accurate balance sheets and financial statements
  • Track and analyze costs, trends, and vendor payments
  • Generate weekly and monthly financial documents and reports
  • Create and manage budgets for multiple restaurant locations
• Technology & Systems Integration
  • Integrate financial data from POS and restaurant management software
  • Leverage technology to streamline accounting and reporting processes
• Administrative Responsibilities
  • Ensure all records are organized, accurate, and up to date
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while supporting the executive team

• Proven experience as an accountant, controller, or in a similar financial role (restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit business experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and POS integrations
• Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new systems
• Experience working with entrepreneurs or in fast-growing companies is a plus
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal direction
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in West Palm Beach

Full-time, Monday-Friday, in-office (5 days per week)
