Top-ranked Custom Home / Luxury Home builder in Martin County seeking a Project Accountant who will work collaboratively within our Accounting division supporting the operations of our growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Managing project-specific costs, subcontractor invoicing, AIA Pay Apps, and owner billings
- Maintain a system of accounting records and techniques
- Communicate with Vendors and Clients/Homeowners and execute all AP and AR responsibilities
- Check the accuracy of business transactions, including Vendor compliance to invoicing requirements
- 4 year Accounting degree required
- Procore experience is required
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in residential homebuilding industry or other construction industries
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Positive culture work environment
