The Department of Children and Families in Florida is seeking a Records Technician (OPS) to receive, review, and assign abuse reports from the Florida Abuse Hotline. This role coordinates with FAHIS, CIS, and FSFN to keep investigations on track.
You will prepare intake case records for CPI, assign cases, maintain logs, archive files, and provide clerical support to the Family Safety Unit. A high school diploma and basic Microsoft Office skills are required;
Spanish/Creole skills are a plus and
