As an Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager, you will lead and manage teams of over 75 people across multiple retail automotive repair stores/vehicle service centers. You translate executive and operational processes into tangible responsibilities and tasks at the store level, supervise daily store operations, recruit, train, and direct employees, and ensure exceptional customer service. Every day, you roll up your sleeves and work to guarantee the success of our vehicle service centers and auto stores.
QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of extraordinary management experience
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and access to reliable transportation
- At least 3 references that verify a history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and a solid 50+ hour work ethic
