As our Business Development Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of Account Managers, drive profitable revenue through strong relationships and strategy, and ensure that Entrusted’s marketing efforts make a measurable impact on our partners and our business.

We’re looking for a leader who can coach, organize, and inspire others while keeping a close eye on results, relationships, and budget.

• Lead and develop the Account Manager team
• Drive weekly business development through coaching and field visits
• Strengthen partner relationships and address issues quickly
• Develop team members using Entrusted’s principles and marketing process
• Ensure KPIs and scorecard goals are met
• Manage the marketing budget effectively
• Identify and develop future leaders
• Lead team meetings and one‑on‑ones that drive growth
• Collaborate with leadership and support recruiting efforts
• Other duties as assigned

• Revenue and lead goals are consistently achieved
• Budget is managed responsibly
• Account Managers are growing and performing at a high level
