Maritime Procurement Manager

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with operational and financial goals.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts for maritime equipment, technical spares, and related services.
• Collaborate closely with technical, marine, and operations teams to forecast material and service needs.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage costs, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, import/export regulations, and internal procurement policies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, KPIs, and lead initiatives for cost savings.
• Support vessel mobilizations, maintenance activities, and drydock operations as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably within maritime, transportation, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Proven contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement platforms.
