Job Summary
Responsible for developing, cultivating channel relationships and establishing reporting procedures that streamline the channel sales process. Develops Indirect Channel Sales organization and achieves long‑term corporate objectives in regard to revenue, profitability, market‑share and market‑positioning. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization’s business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy.
Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.
- Leads Branded Partner relationship within region including Real Estate, Store distribution strategies, driving incremental productivity, and overall supervision of partnership.
- Develops policies for the selection of retailers, dealers and agents. Leads negotiations with the largest third‑party vendors and provides executive level interface for the resolution of retailer/dealer/agent issues.
- Ensures reseller satisfaction with concept and products. Provides resellers/partners with timely, quality, thorough and actionable consultations, compliance support and ideas/recommendations.
- Provides management with regular status reports of account activity, including project status, new business opportunities and projected revenue pipeline.
- Oversees and directs Indirect Channel Sales programs.
- Develops quarterly programs within budgeted guidelines.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

EducationBachelor's Degree. While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
