Interior Superintendent

About the Role

We are hiring an Interior Superintendent to lead the charge on our most ambitious luxury commercial project in Jupiter, Florida. This full‑time position offers a salary range of $150,000 – $175,000 per year and an opportunity to work in a highly respected construction environment with a focus on interior work.

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Reviewing the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
• Meeting contractual conditions of performance and providing advice on the management of projects.
• Reviewing work progress daily and ensuring quality construction standards and proper construction techniques.
• Ensuring that all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and workers are available when necessary.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project proceed as planned.
• Identifying and resolving any potential issues or setbacks that may arise during the construction process.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry, with a focus on interior work.
• Proven experience using Procore or equivalent project management software.
• In‑depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project‑management principles.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards and human resources.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
