Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Manager to join our client’s team in West Palm Beach. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects to ensure cost efficiency and budget adherence. The role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost forecasts.
- Analyze and report on project financial performance.
- Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies.
- Monitor project expenses and conduct cost analysis.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure cost control.
- Evaluate contracts, change orders, and procurement processes.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and risk management strategies.
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in construction cost management or related role.
