They have over 30 years of experience and have been responsible for the site acquisition, planning, design, development, financial oversight, marketing and management of over 15,000 luxury apartments and condominium units throughout the state of Florida. The company is a high-end developer produces some of the highest quality projects in the state.

Due to growth, they are looking to bring on a Construction Manager to help manage their multifamily projects and pipeline in Palm Beach County. This company has long term tenured employees, an impressive pipeline, offers both a great working environment and significant projects, and finally has a great financial upside for the person hired for this role.

This is a great opportunity for that Project Manager working for a general contractor to make the switch to the Owner/ Developer side of the industry.

Requirements for the position:

5-8+ years of experience working with a General Contractor and/or Owner or Developer

4 years degree in construction or related field

Field and/ or constructability experience in Project management building multifamily projects

Estimating and preconstruction knowledge
