Job Overview – Commercial Construction Project Manager:

Lead impactful commercial construction projects as a Commercial Construction Project Manager with our client in West Palm Beach, FL. This on-site leadership role is perfect for a results-driven professional with proven experience in project planning, cost management, and team coordination. Drive successful project execution from concept to completion, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000/year + bonus

Responsibilities as the Commercial Construction Project Manager:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise subcontractors and construction teams, promoting collaboration to achieve project milestones.
• Budget & Cost Management: Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to maintain project profitability.
• Quality & Compliance Assurance: Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, providing updates and resolving issues proactively.
• Risk Management & Documentation: Identify potential risks and maintain accurate project records, including progress and compliance reports.

Qualifications for the Commercial Construction Project Manager:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong preference for ground-up project management.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and project scheduling tools.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial construction practices, safety regulations, and project documentation.
