Lead Construction Superintendent - Luxury Residential
Construction Residential Superintendent - Luxury Ground Up and Estate Additions

- You want to or do live and work in the West Palm Beach, Florida area.
- You want to leverage your expertise in ultra luxury residential projects.
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
- Experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent or Construction Superintendent with at least two completed high‑end residential construction projects $5 million and above.
- Skilled in overseeing project plans, timelines, and financials, managing inspections, addressing issues, and ensuring safety compliance, preferably with a 30‑hour OSHA certification.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with owners, architects, and project team members to resolve issues and optimize project efficiency.
- Experience with Procore is essential; other construction reporting software experience for reporting is a plus.
- A Luxury Commercial and Residential General Contractor specializing in complex estate homes new and renovations.
